Do you have common sense?

You’ll think about it,no matter how much ever your grey cells be dense.

Common sense is not so common,Everyone will agree,

Even praying for it is an example of sheer beggary.

Never ask common sense to answer the unanswered,

Else your work will get martyred.

Some things seem to be obvious,

Though they aren’t,you think so because you presume that common sense will be courteous.

Common sense is used with different emotions,

Be it irony,be it making fun,be it taunting,but its very rarely brain’s portion.

Common sense can do uncommon wonders,

Also its absence can cause huge blunders.

Some say common sense is the sixth sense,

They don’t realize that sixth sense is the most rare sense.

If you have common sense,consider yourself gifted,

But don’t presume this just because your common sense says that you got common sense.

Common sense has been written on since years,

When those common people with no common sense write on common sense,it brings in my eyes,long tears.

I don’t know why common sense is called common sense,

You tell,does it make any sense?

Who are the biggest sufferers?Who are the biggest losers?

Those who cross the tresspasser’s prohibiting fence,

Thinking they have common sense.

Those who do it repeatedly,even life doesn’t give them another chance.

Common sense is the most uncommon thing on this earth,

That person lacked common sense.

Yes!I’m talking about the person who gave birth to this name,

He named the most uncommon thing as common,thus he failed in his little game.

An Ode on C++

Welcome to the world of C++,
The first look of a computer program often creates a mental fuss.
Importing header files is the first task,
Having loads of functions in them, for a program, they are a very useful mask.
Main is the most important function,
It is the whole program’s execution junction.
Playing with tokens is real fun,
These are the blocks on which the programmer’s whole world runs.
“CIN” and “COUT” are in frequent use,
Graphics and file handling can often amuse.
Implementing the concepts of OOPS,
Statement flow control can be done with if-else, switch and various loops.
Pointers can make the memory addresses dance,
Your program gets executed successfully in first go is just luck by chance.
C++ is very useful, powerful and versatile,
The more you gain expertise in it,
The more it is beneficial for your resume file.

Being an engineering graduate doesn't mean your stuck up with your degree for your whole life.Keep looking for your passion.Innovate.Invent.Discover.Being decent enough with what are the pre cursors for a good computer science engineer,I still feel like missing out on my passion.I love media and news and updates and whatsoever is on around me.

My reply to Madrasan's Open Letter

My Dear fellow INDIAN ( who wants to relate herself just to southern part of our country),

Namaste!Sat Sri Akal! Namaskaram (whichever you think is not racist to you).

You say the Indian boys native to our national capital Delhi and state of Punjab got brains of a 3 year old.For your knowledge if you dont know, the country is being run by a Punjabi man,who's got an honorific of doctor with his name-Dr.Manmohan Singh(the most educated prime minister in the world).The Planning Commission's deputy chairman is a Punjabi again-Dr.Montek Singh Ahluwalia.I dont think the country's economy is doing bad under these two esteemed men who according to you,belong to the region where boys got intelligence levels of a 3 year old.Our nation's biggest telecom company, Airtel's chairman is again a Punjabi.

You talk about discrimination against women-Delhi's got a lady chief minister on a third consective term.Is there any other place,where people have put faith in a woman to lead their state on a third consecutive term? One more thing for your knowledge,she was preceded by a woman, who is now the leader of opposition in Lok Sabha(the constitutional representation of whole union of India)-Sushma Swaraj.You still think we discriminate against women?

You got a problem with stone faded, ripped jeans, V-neck cleavage showing t-shirts.So you got a problem with the fashion sense of Delhi and Punjabi boys? I can just feel pity on your orthodox fashion sense which thinks only a man wearing a dhoti is worth wearing clothes.

We never had a problem with your colour or any such thing for which you are feeling offended.None but you is being racist to yourself.

No one cows down to the whims of their husband, I dont know which world are you living in.Grow up!

Being a fan of Gurdas Mann or Dharmendra is as dear to us as is to you being a fan of Rajnikant or Kamal Hasan, and we do respect all the artists be it Hema Malini( a Punjabi married her ) or M.S.Subhalakshami.

You talked about Priyanka Chopra-she was Ms.World,not a small thing i guess and as was Aishwarya Rai.

You just generalized your cheap,racist letter for everyone and wrote as if you put words to the heatbeat of every South Indian girl.

You forget the bravery of Punjabis.Not you but we got borders with Pakistan,we have been facing the aftermaths of Indo-Pak Wars since independence be it partition in 1947,1965 or 1971.You forgot 1984.We haven't.Punjabis been the biggest part of Indian National Army.

You forget the hard work of Punjabi 'kisans'( I hope you dont find mention of a Hindi word as a racist remark).

We respect the whole of India and love our fellow countrymen.Delhi's been welcoming people from all over the nation with open arms,irrespective of the state they belong to.

So,grow up and learn about the ground reality of things before writing the most idiotic letter ever written just because of your own inferiority complex over certain things and stop generalizing it as a public notice from your whole community.

Our esteemed Prime Minister,Dr. Manmohan Singh shrugged his Chinese counterpart when drawn to issue of South China Sea. He's well supported by US and Australia. Dr. Singh said India's got totally commercial interests in South China Sea and all the sovereignty claims should be resolved by peaceful talks.This was in total contrast to his domestic image of being a weak PM. He rose up to the occasion at the East Asian Summit in Bali and lived upto the hopes of 125 billion people who expect their PM to match the rising strength of nation.
